Ingredients:
200g of ground almonds
4 eggs
1 tbsp of maple syrup/honey
60 gr of coconut oil
1 tbsp of Greek yoghurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
a handful of dark chocolate chips
Method:
Whisk the eggs
add the maple syrup/honey
add the ground almonds, bicarbonate of soda and Greek yoghurt (omit for a dairy-free option)
add the melted coconut oil
add the chocolate chips
transfer to a cake tin lined with baking paper
bake at 180° for 25/30 minutes.
