Almond and Dark Chocolate Chips Cake

This cake is a nutritious treat packed with essential proteins, healthy fats, and a wide range of vitamins and minerals. It satisfies your need for something sweet while supporting your health and well-being.


  • 200g of ground almonds

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup/honey

  • 60 gr of coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp of Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

  • a handful of dark chocolate chips


  1. Whisk the eggs

  2. add the maple syrup/honey

  3. add the ground almonds, bicarbonate of soda and Greek yoghurt (omit for a dairy-free option)

  4. add the melted coconut oil

  5. add the chocolate chips

  6. transfer to a cake tin lined with baking paper

  7. bake at 180° for 25/30 minutes.
